Masks are not required at Chymana Beauty and Wellness. We do not require our clients to be vaccinated.

Chymana Beauty and Wellness offers many services that are both safe and enjoyable for expecting mothers. We will be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect treatments. We also recommend that you check with your physician before booking any spa services, considering every pregnancy is different, especially if yours is a high risk one.

Please advise us of any health concerns, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatments or use of our spa amenities at Chymana Beauty and Wellness. Communication with our spa specialist is essential for you to receive the most personalized care. All information is confidential.

Try to avoid caffeine/stimulants up to 4 hours before your appointment.

Arrive with a clean face and clean eyelashes.

Remove mascara, eyeliner, and other eye make-up before hand. Although the lash stylist will have eye cleanser on hand, removing eye make-up can be time consuming and take away from your lash extension application time.

Avoid using oil-based products on and around the eyes prior to the appointment.

Come as you are. 

Shaving before an appointment is recommended, but please be sure to do so no less than 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointments. Certain products may irritate newly-shaven skin.

We recommend you refrain from drinking alcohol before any service in our spa and wellness area - including facials, massages, body treatments and any other treatment provided. Safety is always first at Chymana Beauty and Wellness and consuming alcohol could have health implications.

Yes, we are children friendly.

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you find parking and locate our suite. 

Please keep in mind that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services.

Shaving is recommended, but please be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your appointment.

We do not require deposits for appointments.

We accept cash, Venmo and Cashapp.

Life happens and we understand that sometimes you will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We won't charge you a cancelation fee, but we kindly ask that you try to do so at least 24 hours before the appointment, if possible. 

Yes! Currently we have a 50% off on selected services.

We also offer $100 - $300 memberships, with unlimited monthly services.

Yes, we carry a full array of professional spa products so you can duplicate the benefits at home.

Yes, we do cupping and facials on young adults and teenagers. Age limit is 15 years and up.
